Purpose |
At the top level, Clients can have one or more Companies represented in their TBS system. This is useful when the client has multiple business units that it would like to keep separate yet have all bill from one system. The Company can then be set on specific Charge Details and User Settings allowing Clients to filter a charge set to a particular customer as well as filter the accounts a user has access to according to the overarching Company they have access to. A User can have access to one or more Companies. Future items that will be filtered by Customer include Agents, Invoice Messages, Billing Cycles, Rate Plans, Free Plans and possibly Email Templates. This Company Name must be setup first before moving on to setting up branding and Base information. |
